How it started
Agent Accept began as a simple idea inside Agent Response.
While building automation tools to help agents handle enquiries more efficiently, one challenge kept surfacing across almost every agency we worked with, collecting payments upfront was painfully slow, manual, and inconsistent.
In Mike’s own six-branch agency, the problem was the same:
chasing AML fees, compliance costs, EPC charges and marketing package payments created bottlenecks, delays, and unnecessary admin. Clients forgot, sales teams moved on, and revenue slipped through the cracks.
So, just like we did with lead automation, we asked:
“What if we could simplify this entire process?”
Leon, bringing years of technical expertise, and Mike, bringing the operational frustrations of a busy estate agency, teamed up once again, this time to solve the payments problem.
AgentAccept was born from that collaboration.
With all payments now taken through a single branded portal, the reporting made everything visible, every AML fee, every marketing pack, every EPC order, every upsell.
And that’s when the penny dropped.
For the first time, Mike could clearly see how much revenue the agency was already generating from these services, and how much more they could earn simply by standardising fees, getting paid upfront, and introducing a few new chargeable add-ons. The numbers were far bigger than anyone anticipated.
What started as a tool to save time quickly revealed itself as a powerful new revenue engine. Once Mike realised the true financial impact, the mission became obvious:
help other agents unlock the same revenue that had been hiding in plain sight.
That’s why AgentAccept is now a standalone platform, purpose-built to help estate agents get paid properly, reduce admin, and turn everyday tasks into consistent, predictable income.
How it developed
